2 Very important things

1. The Mighty {UH}Pinda' and all otehr UH members listen we need more players on our server since we usually hav like 6 -10 at the maximum.. so we will need to go to other servers and i would say advert our server that how good it is..

2. We deffinaletly neeed to change the exp/level the players get its way to low we would need to give 5000exp=level 1 25000=lvel2 and 50000=level 3 since if we dont we will only have uh players on server becouse u can reach 15k in like 1.5 halfweek.

and we should tell them that they should not ask to jpin before 50k.

Yea, i think 15k xp is too low. Maybe 30k-50k better.

we cant just give them levels at 1k its sik i mean he comes to the server and gets his level that day... 5k for level 1 20k for level 2 and 50k for level 3 man to be level 3 is a nig thing i meen u can mute...

and i think players should only be able to hoin free from now on if they hav 100k otherwise they would need to pay...(becouse we hav enough members..

u cant have popoe joining @ 50K most clans have a maximum @ 20k

G!X has 5K on most of its serevrs.

and, about the admin, i would just have to disagree about the returning thing, give lvl 1 @ 1k lvl 2 @ 5k and lvl 3 @ 15k we will get players who dont want to join but just stay cos they like the server. if they dont like the serevr and dont come back they wont get admin.

Seriously, this is just , im all fina and well listening to this, but @ no point woul i like it if this came to pass, mainly because you would never get a new member, 50k is hard to get that could take weeks, even f some 1 likes a clan they arnt gona w8 that long, and the meathod of joining is hard eneough, not only do you have to get 15k you then have to stop playing ET, go to our site, go to our forum, register, and make an application that takes days, sometimes weeks, to be approved. seriously, we need to change that, maybe if you are on when there is no 1 that can recruit you on the server you can make an application, but if you are on @ the same time as an owner or recruiter or something they can just spec u right then if they ask, and if they have like 20hs, 2:1 kill:death and not on medic, (on engi or something rambo medics are just lucky :p) and they show good teamwork skills.

thats what allmost every clan i have heard of, been in or played on the server of them do and thats why they have more members than us.

in conclusion, Under NO circumstance should the lvl XP or the recruit XP be raised, unless you are tying to get less players.

infact, i remember one time i was on a server and some said "can i join UH" and as soon as I said "apply" he said "do i have to go to a site?" I said "yes" he said "nvm then" which shows we would have much more members if we didnt have them to HAVE to apply

i like the idea about the recruitinf system... but i still think the exp limit shpuld be 1 10 20 k eand at 20u cuold join.. thats fair enough.. since he needs to play on the server for 2 weeks and we get to know how good he is..

ok, well thats better i supose i could live with that, maybe still 15K to oin, and lvl 3 peopple only get if they like the server but dont want to join.

if they are good they arnt noobs, and, when you are specing them you ask question after you have decided if their stats are good enough like:

2:1 kill:death
30 hs
20acc
good teamwork

then BEFORE you say they are good eneough to join you ask the questions that they would have toanswer when applying, it just means there is more chance we get members and players.

so ploxy u want about 30 members then? wich would meen we have lets say 10 members online almost alltime and 10 guests ok for me..
