Step 1: Play on the {UH}servers and have fun, have a chat with the members and make friends.
Step 2: When you have some XP (15,000XP can be less if we really need members) you can post an application on the forum.

Don't forget to put your name as subject of the topic!
Step 3: When you posted an application on the forum you'll need to wait till a Recruiter or a Leader is on the server and ask him to spec you.
Step 4: when you're good, cool and active you will have a bigger chance to get recruited. But after the recruiter spectatored you a leader will decide if you can join or not.
